Strawberry Fields Forever!! Strawberry Freezer Jam is so Super Easy!! And Inexpensive
only -4 ingredients fruit pectin I suggest low sugar (in canning isle), water,
sugar and frozen strawberries! I had never made it before 3 years ago, jam
sounded hard but it really isn’t, especially freezer jam, which is so much
better tasting then regular jam, The fruit taste is so much stronger! (Also
great to make a double batch and put into pint jars to give out to friends and
family!) With fresh biscuits made the morning of Valentine’s Day, your whole
family will love this treat and wait for it each year!

Sausage Biscuits
Sausage biscuits are a super easy, cheesy, fun treat! Great
finger food!
Take 1 pound spicy or hot sausage (even if you are a mild
spice eater, in a biscuit the heat disappears and the spicy is needed to give
flavor)
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese (if you aren’t a sharp fan same
thing applies here)
3 cups Bisquick
**Optional green onions, or jalapeno peppers
Mix all three ingredients form into balls bake on cookie
sheet on 400 for about 15-20 mins. You can eat warm, once cooled freeze in
Ziplock bags for up to 3 months and nuke 30 second or so. As always enjoy!
Bacon Wrapped Dates
Bacon wrapped dates are a unique and fun appetizer, the perfect combination of sweet and salty. These little joys are so easy to make, just take pitted dates, wrap in bacon secure with toothpick (which works great for serving) and bake on 425 on a baking sheet on top of wax paper till bacon is crisp. The date turns soft like a raisin. Most people like these, even if they think they won’t! Some popular variations include adding almonds and or feta and or blue cheese to the middle of the date before wrapping it and baking it.
