Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach artichoke dip is cheesy, creamy warm goodness. I love this dip. It is so yummy and great to serve at a party, one dish of bread slices and multiple dips to really jazz things up!

Ingredients:
1 tbsp parsley
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup feta cheese
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup parmesan cheese + 1/3 cup
1 & ½ tbsp or cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp essence seasoning (try Emeril’s)
1 & ½ tsp cumin
½ pkg box frozen (thawed out though) spinach
2 cans artichoke hearts (not in vinegar) Squeeze the juice out and roughly chopped
Throw all ingredients except second 1/3 cup parmesan into stand mixer and then into a 6x6 or so (something deep and not to wide) casserole type baking pan, heavily coat with second 1/3 cup parmesan. Bake 350 for 25 mins, then broil for an additional 3 mins or until cheese it formed crust on top. Serve warm with bread, chips or veggies. Can refrigerate up to 2 weeks. As always enjoy!
