Hummus is a very healthy snack, full of vitamins and
proteins. It also is very yummy. Great on crackers, peppers, mushrooms and
bread.
Ingredients:
2 cans garbanzo beans
or chick peas (same thing)
¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp parsley
4 tbsp water
½ to 1 tsp cayenne
pepper depending on how you like spice
1/8 cup plus 2 tbsp
lemon juice
4 tbsp or 4 cloves
garlic, minced, roasted would be best
1 & ½ tbsp. garlic
salt
