1/2 cup
grated Parmesan
1&1/2 teaspoon lemon juice(just enough to wet the cheese so
it will clump)
½ teaspoon garlic powder.
Mix ingredients in small bowl.
Paprika for dusting after spooned out.
Preheat
oven to 400 degrees F.
Pour a heaping tablespoon of Parmesan onto a silicone or parchment lined (and sprayed with bakers joy) on a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining cheese, spacing the spoonfuls about a 1/2 inch apart. Sprinkle on paprika. Put in oven they are ready when the middle is just melted and the edges are browned. Easy to burn watch carefully, doesn’t take long, can be ready in as little as 5 mins.
These are great by them selves but are great with cheese dips!
I have to give credit to my step mother for sharing this recipe with me, Thank you Patti :)
