Whats for dinner: Balsamic Portabella Mushrooms

I use portabella mushrooms when I just want a quick meal. These really do taste like steaks when marinated
. I serve with asparagus and over mash potatoes, then I take the marinade add 1/8 cup cream or whole milk and a little Wondra( a great quick light gravy mix awesome for adding to pan drippings), or cornstarch. Just bring to a light boil to thicken continually whisking. as soon as it thickens this is an awesome gravy. You only really need to marinate these about 20 mins and grill just to dry them out and get a little char on each side. I love that this meal is so quick!

Marinade: 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon kosher salt, and 1/2 cup chicken broth. Enjoy.
