Baby Constipation is one of the worst things to deal with. First it makes your baby onery and irritable because their little tummy hurts because they can't go (a lot of gas). This makes it miserable for mom and dad. Not only is baby crying, but you don't know exactly why. Once you figure out it is constipation, your problem is solved! Almost -
Here are some suggestions on what my doctor has recommended to me for baby constipation:
Remember the three P's - Prune, Pear, and Pineapple Juice
Each of these juices helps relax the stool allowing the baby to go more naturally. I found pear juice worked the best for me without making the stool to runny. All you need to do is add a 1 oz of pear juice to water or a bottle and it should ease your baby's tummy troubles.
**Make sure to consult with your doctor before hand to ensure this is OK to do for your child.
